Station 2 - Hill Road & 4th Street – Florence, IN
In 1999, in preparation of the opening of the Belterra Casino in Florence IN, the Florence/York Twp FD was formed, with funding from the casino. This is what is now EEVFD Station 2. Station 2 was built and E-731 was purchased along with other used rigs at that time. At this time, the station and Engine 731 are all that remain of the former Florence/York Twp FD. EEVFD took over fire protection in York Twp in 2002.
