Indianapolis Fire Station 30 - 2440 North Tibbs Avenue - Westside
This firehouse opened on the city's near northwest side on October 9, 1958. It has continued to be home to both and Engine and Truck Company.

Engine 30 - 2018 Pierce Saber FR Pumper (#31401TR-??) - 2000gpm/500gal
Engine 30 entered service in June of 2018. It replaced a Ferrara Inferno pumper that was damaged in a rear-end collision as they were returning to quarters after a run. Thankfully, no IFD members were injured in the accident.

Ladder 30 - 2009 Ferrara Inferno HD-77 Aerial Truck
L-30 entered service in late September 2009. This new rig was wider, taller and a whopping 5 feet longer than it'spredecessor shown below.

Former Engine 30 - 2004 Ferrara Inferno Custom Pumper - 1500gpm/500gal
This new engine replaced the 1992 KME in late November 2004. Purchased with emergency appropriation funds, Engine 30 was a demo truck and became the first Ferrara Pumper in the IFD fleet. It has since been joined by 10 additional custom Ferrara apparatus. It was retired from service after an accident in the spring of 2018.
