Boone County Fire Departments Boone County is located in central Indiana, 25 miles northwest of Indianapolis along I-65. The City of Lebanon is the largest municipality and serves as the county seat. Currently, nine fire departments protect the county's 422 square miles and 55,000 residents. ALS/BLS transport is provided throughout most of the county by Boone County EMS. |
