The small town of Fayette is located 25 miles northwest of
Indianapolis along SR-267 in southern Boone County. Established in 1962, this all-volunteer department includes 17 members who respond from one station. PTVFD provides Fire, Rescue and BLS non-transport protection to 2,000+ residents and 21
square miles.
Perry Township Fire Station 81 - IN-267 - Fayette Completed in 1968, this firehouse is home to all four PTVFD apparatus.
Engine 82 - 1995 GMC TopKick/McGinley Pumper/Tanker - 1250gpm/1500gal
This engine includes rear tank dumping capabiltiies. Both include extrication and EMS equipment for the fastest response to their residents.
