Royerton is located 10 miles north of Muncie, along US-35 in north central Delaware County. Organized in 1974, this all-volunteer department includes 36 members who respond to nearly 420 runs each year from two stations. HTVFD provides Fire, Rescue and Medical First-Responder protection to 36 square miles and 12,000 residents including Royerton and Hamilton Township.

Station 2

Station 2 - N. Wheeling Avenue & County Road 400 West
Completed in 2004, Hamilton Township's second station protects the west side of the Township. It is home to Squads 111
and 117, Tanker 116 and Truck 11.

Squad 111 is the first-due for most incidents at Station 2. It carries a complete set of Amkus Extrication Tools along with
various firefighting equipment.
