Princeton
Fire Territory The City of Princeton is located 26 miles north of Evansville along US-41 in Gibson County. In January 2006, Princeton and Patoka Township merged into a single Fire Territory. The combined department now includes 4 stations that provide Fire, Rescue, Hazmat and BLS protection to nearly 15,000 residents and 70 square miles. PFT is also second-due for all incidents at the huge Toyota pickup plant south of the city. |

| Station 2 - Westside This building previously served Patoka Township as Station 1, but was reassigned in early 2006. It is the second largest station and protects the portion of the territory west of US-41. Station 2 is home to Engine, Ladder, Brush and Tanker 2. |

| Rescue Engine 2 - 2009 Ferrara Igniter XD LFD (H-4203) - 1500gpm/750gal E2 entered service in August 2009 and is the second Ferrara apparatus at Station 2. E-2 is the first due Engine company in the western portion of the territory and is staffed full-time by a crew of three. |

| Rescue Engine 2 - 2009 Ferrara Igniter XD LFD (H-4203) - 1500gpm/750gal E-2's large compartments allow it to carry a wide variety of equipment including airbags, Holmatro extrication tools, stabilization struts, ResQTec cribbing/step blocks, an Argus thermal imaging camera, saws, a vent fan, SCBA/spare cylinders, and an extensive selection of hand tools. This truck is also equipped witha 6.5kw hydraulic generator to run it's tools. |
