This 30-year-old rig now runs third-out on non-hydrant calls behind the tanker. This Mack runs with the tanker above because
it does the drafting and carries the dump tank. Both Macks are scheduled to be replaced in October 2008 with a new
Peterbilt/US Tanker - 750gpm/3000 gallons.

This unique apparatus is used as an on-scene Air Refill station. This unit uses a tower on the back of the trailer, that telescopes up,
to use fresh air to refill bottles or run air tools. It has a sensor that will not let the fresh air intake work if the natural (outdoor) air is
too foul for use. If fresh air is unavailable, four 6000psi air tanks are stored inside to provide a secondary air source.

This apparatus is used as a medical chase vehicle for additional manpower assistance on ambulance runs. In the spring of 2008,
this rig will become the Asst Chief's vehicle as a newer Suburban is brought into service.

Special thanks to thanks to Asst Chief Shane Adams and FF Steve Michalak for their assistance in arranging the apparatus
for these pictures and for providing department background and history.
