| Station 2 - Southeast side at the Airport STVFD's second firehouse is located at the end of CR 250 South where the runways from LaPorte Municpal Airport dead end into the road. Completed in 2006, this firehouse serves as department headquarters and is home to Engine 1841 and Tanker 1854. Due to growing residential areas towards the center and southeast sides of the township, it was decided to add a second station, rather than respond to these areas from the northwest corner of the township. |
