Several of the departments on the southside of Indianapolis (including Johnson County) utilize Rural/Metro as their ALS/BLS
Transport service. Perry Township has three rigs housed and stationed at 662, 663 and 664 for response within their district.

This apparatus was renumbered and reassigned as Aerial 664 in late 2006 and then reassigned again as Aerial 661 in 2008.

This rig formerly served as Engine 663 was reassigned to reserve status when the new E-One arrived.
