Gosport is located along IN-67 in southeast Owen County. The 20 all-volunteer members of this department provide Fire and Rescue protection to approximately 2 square miles within the Town of Gosport. The department's varied apparatus color scheme is definitely unique in Indiana!

E-191 is the first due apparatus for most incidents at GFD. This rig was purchased from Van Buren Township in 2004.

Engine 192 - 1978 Ford F-350/E-One Mini-Pumper - 250gpm/250gal
This rig was purchased from nearby Spencer in 1992.
 
Engine 193 ds
Engine 193 - 1976 Seagrave PB/1986 Pierce Pumper - 1500gpm/500gal
This rig came to the department in 2004 after serving in Wheaton, Illinois.

Utility 194 - 1978 Chevy Step Van
This rig formerly DNR also served nearby Cloverdale Township before arriving at Gosport in 2005.
