Owen Valley Fire Department The Town of Spencer is located 60 miles southeast of Indianapolis along IN-67 in central Owen County. Established in 1971, the department currently includes 30 volunteer members who respond to 350 runs each year. OVFD provides Fire, Rescue and Medical First-Responder protection to 12,000 residents. ALS transport service is provided throughout most of the county by Owen County EMS. |
