Luce Township The Towns of Hatfield and Richland City are located along IN-66 and IN-161, 20 miles east of Evansville, in western Spencer County. Organized in 1964, the 32 members of this all-volunteer department respond to approximately 160 runs each year. LTVFD provides Fire, Rescue and Medical First-Responder protection to 56 square miles. |
